A UV DTF transfer is created by printing multiple layers of specialized UV inks and adhesive onto a clear transfer film. During printing, ultraviolet light instantly cures each layer, creating a durable transfer that is ready to apply.

The finished transfer consists of:

• A protective carrier film

• A printed design

• A pressure sensitive adhesive layer

• A release liner

When applied to a hard surface, the adhesive bonds permanently while the carrier film is removed, leaving only the printed design behind.
